Today is the long awaited Valentine day. You must have been preparing for it since the first day of this month. Thinking about the gifts that bae or boo will get you.

Love is a very special thing, it is a very beautiful and amazing gift. Love isn’t just a bunch of emotions that give you butterflies in your tummy. Love is a VERB. That’s right. Love is an ACTION. Love isn’t just what you show on Valentine day. Love is what you do every day.

To God, Love is coming down to earth to die for us all. Love is forgiving us when we go astray. Love is never giving up on us and Yes, Love is him correcting us.

Love is give and take. Trust me, you can’t give Love or show Love if you’ve not received Love from God.

Love is caring for that person whether you’re in the mood to care or not. Love is Commitment.

Until you have received and experienced first-hand Love (Love from The Father above), you can never completely show Love to anyone.

Simply put, Love is hard work and conscious. Love is not saying I LOVE YOU every day and love is not SEX. Today, someone might ask you to prove your love to them by having sex with them. Don’t even reply, RUN AWAY. Run fast. Sex is not a prove and measure of Love. 

Also, Love is not about that one special person. Show Love to the child you hawks because there’s no school fees. Show Love to that person sleeping in the gutter by giving a meal. Just do something Godly and enjoy the warmth in your heart. Above all, Love God and stick to him. He paid a heavy price for you!
