WHY EXCELLENCE (Part 5)

Hi
friends, I believe you are experiencing the supernatural already in your work
as you desire to be excellent. You will experience greatness in Jesus name.
By a way of reminder of the reasons for excellence
that I have discussed before, the first reason we have considered
is the fact that only the best is good enough and that whenever and wherever
the best is not done, then something or someone is at risk. The second reason
is that we are created to be like God in all that we do and I know that God
won’t do anything less than the best. The third reason for excellence that God
commands us to be excellent, to put in our very best in all that we do. The
fourth one is that it makes you qualify to enjoy divine assistance, partnership
or help from above.
I
know that by now, you have made up your mind to be excellent in life.
Another very crucial reason for excellence is that
EXCELLENCE JUSTIFIES AND SATISFIES.
On justification, many workers are not justified or
qualified for what they receive as stipends, salary or compensation for the
work done. I said in one of the leadership posts that I do on Mondays that
every correct person must deliver far above what is being paid him or her.
Indispensable employee as those whose actual contribution to the company cannot
be paid for. So when you have done excellently at work, you feel justified for
the legal tender that is due you.
Many people lack job satisfaction just because they
are not excellent at what they do. There is a great joy and satisfaction that a
person experience when such a person knows that he or she has done the best
possible. Some employees deceive themselves by saying they cannot kill
themselves working for somebody else, and that when they start their own
business or company they will put in their best. It is a lie, such people end
up as failures. Whatever they start cannot last.
Doing your best will make you experience
justification and satisfaction for the work done. According to scriptures,
doing the right thing (such as excellence) gives such inner peace, joy and
fulfillment.
Genesis 4:6-7 (TEV)
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why that scowl on your face?
7 If you had done the right thing, you would be smiling; but because you have done evil, sin is crouching at your door. It wants to rule you, but you must overcome it."
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why that scowl on your face?
7 If you had done the right thing, you would be smiling; but because you have done evil, sin is crouching at your door. It wants to rule you, but you must overcome it."
There are even times when the outcome of a thing is
not favourable, but knowing that you did your best will justify and satisfy
you, you will not be responsible for the failure. If a mechanic refused to do
his best on a car and it leads to accident, resulting in death of the other
people, such a mechanic will feel taunted with guilt for the rest of his life.
Guilt will torment you if your company lose a contract or your hospital lose a
patient because you fail to do your best.
Desire to be excellent in all that you do and you
will experience the amazing joy and peace that come from it.
Receive unusual grace for excellence and greatness
in Jesus name.
Every spirit of guilt tormenting you from past
errors will cease today in Jesus name.
God will decorate your life with outstanding results
in Jesus name.
